Wichet hails from the Phuket area of Thailand. He has called London his home for the last 22 years. With a background in hospitality honed at the best hotels in Phuket and his mother’s cooking at his fingertips, he brings authentic flavours of Thailand to Kings Cross, his second home. 

His goal is to create a warm, friendly restaurant full of the wonderful dishes of his youth. He is a creative force of nature, every aspect of Supawan benefits from his touch.
