In Thailand there is an old saying

“Kin Dee, Yuu Dee, Mee Suk”

which means

“Eat Well, Live Well, Be Happy”.

Pad Sa Tor Keaung Gang, another amazing unknown dish from southern Thailand. Stir fried sticky bean with our home made southern Thai red curry paste, full of punch. Must try.

Pad Chaa Ta Lay, stir fried seafood with Kra chai ginger, chilli, garlic, sweet basil and pea aubergines.
